Leading the management team is 3rd generation insurance professional John Anderson (Andy) Barclay IV who has 20 years of experience in the industry, is a Certified Insurance Counselor, and serves as CEO.

Michelle Cummings serves as CFO/ COO and is also a 3rd generation insurance professional who has a background in administration serving for 15 years in the Texas Public School system.

Andrew Shannon, Head of the Commercial Lines Department, is the agency’s Commercial Real Estate specialist who brings a wealth of knowledge and insurance experience to the team.

Barclay Insurance as it exists today is the brain child of John A. Barclay III who serves as President and Chairman of the Board. He is a mentor and coach to the management team and has had a long and distinguished career serving the local community. Mr. Barclay’s mantra has always been “serve your clients well” and that is exactly what the Barclay team strives to do every day.
